Once you approve the mock-up, proceed to purchase your order on our website. Rest assured, we won't start crafting your tumbler until we have both your approval and the order confirmation.

The turnaround time for custom orders depends on the complexity of the design and the current order volume. We aim to provide you with a realistic timeline during the customization process. Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, changes cannot be made. However, if you have any urgent concerns, please contact us at reedajdesigns@yahoo.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
