2. I will send you a mock up of your design. Once you approve the mock up design, purchase your order above. I won’t make the tumbler top until I have your approval and order has been made.

All items are handmade, therefore every product is unique. While products may be similar, none are exactly the same.

15oz Ceramic Mug

Handwashing is recommended.  However, mugs are ceramic and therefore they are dishwasher and microwave safe. 

Products are customized and as such no refunds or exchanges will be offered.

All items are shipped using USPS FIRST CLASS or USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Regular shipping usually will take 1-5 business days. Reeds J Designs is not responsible for postal delays.

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders and may take 24 hours to update. You can find the tracking number under your order receipt.
